Excellent! I've never been to the Warehouse, but I've been to the Warehouse Next Door, their little club. Seems like a cool place.

jg @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
sweet i'll try and get there. its good to see dc getting love.
Mike @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
Well, I would love to come, but nothing could get me into DC on a weeknight. At 7pm? The metro will be a nightmare, traffic worse. If it was held on a weekend during daylight hours, I would be there. After Dark in DC? Nope. :)
Ryan Groat @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
I think I'll take the metro from Springfield into DC just for this event. I don't have anything previously planned for Monday night yet, so you guys helped to fill in a lonely night. Look for me there with my huge 17" Powerbook.
Mattj @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
I wonder what type of tasty giveaways there will be! It boggles the mind and imagination!

#29 is a Wuss!!
See you on Monday.
Harrison @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
I second the notion that #29 is a wuss. Grow a pair, man. You sound like the type that never leaves Arlington on the weekends. Am I right?
treomeo @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
#29, you just said that to goad me, didn't you? DC after dark? if you don't take advantage of this city's night life, you're lame. on second thought, don't.
Evan @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
I am psyched! So going to be there! Man, I feel like some kind of teen fanboy--and I'm 32! I guess I'm just a geek. :D
Evan @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
#31, I'm more excited about what Pete will have on display. Those were some interesting photos from the Manhattan meetup.

I'll be there!
Don @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM

Bryan @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
anyone know what the parking is like there? their site says "street parking" but I drive a truck and there probably wont be anywhere on the street to park. Google maps shows a huge parking lot to the E, is it usable?
alex webb @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
This sounds awesome, I live in charlottesville 2 hour drive, but ill find some way to get there!!!!
Mike @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
Are you freaking kidding me? The one day you're having it is the week I'm on vacation??? That just so sucks. Oh well, I'll just have to be happy with my EVDO and SlingPlayer and catch your posts about what happened online. Dammit! LOL
mjalex @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
It's going to great, standing in a room with a bunch of sweaty dudes with no AC. ;-)
It's going to be in the Warehouse NextDoor, right? That's where the bar is. Or the cafe? the Theater?
Kamalot @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
Everyone bring your Nintendo DS for wireless gaming action.
Paul at Warehouse @ Dec 19th 2005 12:18AM
The DC Meetup will happen both in the Warehouse Bar/Cafe and in the Warehouse Theater. We do have A/C. Parking on Monday nights is usually pretty easy - there are meters on both sides of the street. There is a parking garage 2 blocks south on 7th St. And METRO is very convenient - 1 block to Green/Yellow line. 4 blocks to Red line.
We'll set up a bunch of tables and electric outlets and have plenty of chairs. And we do have free WiFi. We'll also be running beer specials and we have coffee drinks. Food will be limited since our chef is on vacation.
See you Monday!
